Landlord Gas Safety Certificates

If you are a landlord or landlady, then it is your responsibility to make sure that the gas appliances in your rented accomodation are safe for use. You need to ensure that this is done annually by someone who is competent to do so and is Gas Safe registered. I provide a complete service for landlords which includes safety checks, repairs and maintenance.

I provide a service for landlords which means that they get an annual reminder when their safety checks are due, so that they don’t have to worry about it.

I specialise in combi boiler and central heating maintenance, which means you can call someone who knows how to fix a hot water or heating issue should one arise.

All work undertaken is recorded electronically which means that a copy of the CP12 Gas Safety Certificate is printed out and left with your tenants, and a copy is emailed to yourself for your records. Gas safety records need to be kept for a minimum of two years.

I have special software on my smartphone which allows me to do the following – create a profile for each customer and securely store a customer’s details including the make and model of their boiler, boiler manual and user guide, previous job records, notes regarding the customer and boiler and set reminders for when their annual service is due.
