Having been failed hopelessly by a supposedly major player in Boiler Insurance, service and repair work I contacted Richard.

He arrived next day, as arranged, and about three hours later an absolutely perfect job was completed, at a very fair price.

He will be used again by me, relatives and colleagues.

I don’t generally give reviews but I had to on this occasion; he is fully and absolutely recommended!

I can't recommend Richard highly enough. He came to fix our boiler at short notice, provided a comprehensive service and has given it a new lease of life. He had all the parts required so no delays in waiting for parts. He is extremely knowledgable and competent and clearly passionate about what he does. Thank you!

Superb service

Superb service - Richard came out to my property within a few days of contacting him, diagnosed the boiler fault and was able to fix it the same day with new parts, all for a reasonable price.

Wise words

Totally agree with every word regards gasket failure.



Our 15 year old WB Greenstar Si timer was playing up and was due a service.



After much banging he showed me a blown gasket, parts of the wiring loom that had started to melt and a distorted baffle..all caused by broken seal.



Had to comeback next day and took over 2 hours to replace cylinder, damaged electrodes, fit new baffles and wiring loom.



British Gas have been instructed to check yearly if never replaced or yearly after 5 years when fitting a new one.



Timer started working fine after all the other work
